Armen Grigoryan on Azerbaijani Conditions

We are currently holding consultations with Azerbaijan through diplomatic channels for the signing of the "Peace Agreement." This was announced by the Secretary of the Security Council of Armenia, Armen Grigoryan, during a conversation with journalists.

"The text of the Peace Agreement is finalized; the only thing left is to sign it," Grigoryan stated.

He added that the Armenian side is willing to sign the application for the dissolution of the Minsk Group on the same day as the signing of the "Peace Agreement."

"As for the Constitution, you already know Armenia's position on that," Grigoryan noted in response to a question regarding the obstacles to signing the agreement.
