Details Released by the Investigation Committee on the Tragic Car Accident in Kuchak Village

This morning, a traffic accident occurred in the administrative area of Kuchak village in the Aragatsotn region, resulting in one death and various degrees of injuries to 12 individuals. A criminal case has been initiated by the Aparan Investigative Division under part 2 of article 342 of the Criminal Code. This was reported to Auroranews by the spokesperson for the Armenian Investigative Committee, Kima Avdalyan.

It is noteworthy that part 2 of article 342 of the Criminal Code pertains to violations of requirements aimed at ensuring road traffic safety or rules ensuring the safety of transportation operations.

As earlier reported, on May 29 at 08:05, the Crisis Management Center of the Regional Rescue Department of Aragatsotn received a call regarding a traffic accident on the Aparan-Kuchak road, which involved a fire outbreak and resulted in casualties.
