No Negotiations Planned Between Armenia and Azerbaijan at Security Conference in Moscow
Deputy Secretary of the Russian Security Council Alexey Shevtsov has announced that there are no separate negotiations planned between representatives of Armenia and Azerbaijan during the upcoming high-level meeting of security officials in Moscow.
"If we are talking about official trilateral meetings between Russia, Azerbaijan, and Armenia, then no, they are not scheduled. The event's program is very tight, it does not include additional narrow negotiation formats," said Shevtsov.
Both Azerbaijani and Armenian delegations have been invited to participate not only in plenary sessions and seminars but also in a traditional working session for member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States.
The 13th international meeting of high-level officials responsible for security issues will take place in Moscow from May 27 to 29, 2025, under the chairmanship of the Secretary of the Security Council of the Russian Federation, Sergey Shoigu.
