Azerbaijan's Ministry of Foreign Affairs Issues Statement

The process of normalizing relations between Azerbaijan and Armenia is at a very crucial stage, stated Azerbaijan's Deputy Foreign Minister Yalchin Rafiev.

“As you know, the process of agreeing on the text of the peace agreement has been completed. There are two conditions for its signing, and concrete steps must be taken in this direction to create a foundation for peace. Any message of peace will yield results only if these steps are practically implemented and the specific demands and expectations of both sides are met,” he noted.
