This War Will Last Longer Than We All Want, Merz

German Chancellor Friedrich Merz believes that the war in Ukraine may last longer than everyone wants or can imagine. He made this statement during an interview with WDR.

Considering the unsuccessful attempts to establish a ceasefire in Ukraine, Merz has concluded that the proposals for negotiations directed at Russian President Vladimir Putin can no longer lead to the resolution of the war.
