That Decision is Dangerous and Contradictory: Peskov

The decision by several European countries to lift restrictions on long-range missile strikes by Ukraine against Russian territory is potentially dangerous and contradicts efforts for resolution. This was stated by the Press Secretary of the Russian Federation, Dmitry Peskov.

“If such decisions are actually made, they absolutely contradict our aspirations to achieve a political resolution and the efforts that are currently being made within the framework of that resolution,” he noted.

It is worth recalling that earlier, German Chancellor Friedrich Merz announced that the USA, Germany, Great Britain, and France had lifted restrictions on supplying long-range weapons to Kyiv.
