Restrictions Lifted: Ukraine Can Now Do This, Says Merz

The United States, Germany, Great Britain, and France have lifted restrictions on supplying long-range weapons to Kyiv. This was stated by German Chancellor Friedrich Merz in an interview with WDR television.

“There are no longer any restrictions on the type of weapons supplied to Ukraine, neither from the British, nor the French, nor from us, nor from the Americans. This means that Ukraine can now defend itself, including striking military positions located on Russian territory. Until now, it could not do this,” Merz said.

Additionally, Friedrich Merz announced the possibility of transferring coordinated long-range 'Tavros' missiles to Kyiv in agreement with European partners.
