Emergency Incident in Yerevan: Route N 49 Bus Crashes into Resident's Concrete Fence, Breaks Gas Pipeline

Today, May 26, an emergency incident occurred in Yerevan. According to Shamshyan.com, around 1:00 PM, the driver of a 'Zhong Tong' bus, serving the route No. 49 and registered with the Yerevan City Hall, parked the bus at a dispatcher point on the street near the Korea Gorge bypass tunnel and got out.

According to the driver's statement, 'The bus moved forward by itself, crashed into a resident's concrete fence, then broke several supports of gas pipes, as well as the gas pipeline, causing a gas leak, and again moving about 200 meters ahead, the bus crashed into the aluminum fence of a private house belonging to the resident and ended up near a conversation area.'

The Ministry of Internal Affairs informed Auroranews that no further details are currently available; fortunately, there are no injuries reported.
