Armenia's Resistance Slows Progress: It Should Be Unconditional, Says Haji-zade

To achieve sustainable peace, Armenia must amend its Constitution accordingly. This was stated by the spokesperson of the Azerbaijani Foreign Ministry, Aykan Haji-zade, in response to Armenian Prime Minister Nikol Pashinyan's speech, according to Azerbaijani media.
"Armenia should amend its Constitution accordingly, eliminate territorial claims from it, and support the resolution of the Minsk Group unconditionally. Azerbaijan's conditions are not obstacles, but rather legitimate steps to ensure regional peace and stability," said Haji-zade.
According to him, Armenia's resistance is slowing progress and contradicts claims about the importance of regional cooperation.
