US Responds to Explosions in Kyiv
The Special Representative of the President of the United States, Keith Kellogg, has called for a ceasefire following the explosions in Kyiv. He expressed his concerns on his X page, stating, "This is Kyiv. The indiscriminate killing of women and children in their homes at night is a blatant violation of the 1977 Geneva Peace Protocols designed to protect innocents. These attacks are shameful. Stop the killings. Immediately cease fire," he wrote.
Kellogg also shared a photograph from Kyiv. On the night of May 25, explosions were reported in Kyiv, as well as in Odesa and the Dnipro region of Ukraine. The Russian Ministry of Defense emphasizes that the strikes are targeting only military facilities and related infrastructure in Ukraine.
