Russia Will Respond Adequately, Foreign Ministry Says

Moscow will respond adequately to the massive terrorist attacks by the Kyiv regime. It has been noted that only military facilities and enterprises of the military-industrial complex will be targeted. This statement was released by the Russian Foreign Ministry.

The Russian Defense Ministry reported that from May 20 to 23, Russian air defense systems repelled a large-scale attack by Ukrainian drones, destroying more than 1,100 units. There are casualties and injuries among the civilian population, including in Donbas.

The statement emphasized that the goal of the Ukrainian military's actions is to disrupt Russian-Ukrainian negotiations and the Istanbul agreements, including preventing a large-scale exchange of prisoners of war.

The Russian Foreign Ministry reiterated its commitment to the constructive search for peaceful resolution pathways.
