Ukraine Has Set Its Conditions: Our Position is Clear - Yermak

The continuation of negotiations on the cessation of hostilities with Russia is only possible after a prisoner exchange, announced Andriy Yermak, head of Volodymyr Zelensky's office, on his Telegram channel.

“Our position is clear. The first step should be an agreement on prisoner exchange, in the format of 1000 for 1000. The second step should be determining the location for the next meeting with Russian representatives,” Yermak wrote.

It is worth noting that the previous direct communication between Russia and Ukraine took place last Friday in Istanbul, lasting almost two hours.
