The Main Reason for Emigration is the Urge to Exempt Sons from Military Service: Mirzoyan
Ofelya
For years, one of the most profound and primary reasons for emigration has been the urge to exempt sons from military service. This was stated by Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan during a government session.
“This is not a recent issue; it has a 30-year history. We all know that emigration is a method, even through indirect ways, and there are other indirect ways to solve the same problem without emigration, such as dealing with illnesses, education, and so on. This is an issue that has been discussed for years, and various types of solutions have been considered, yet we have never pursued a resolution,” emphasized Mirzoyan, pointing out the need to be bold and pursue a solution.
