If They Invade Iranian Territory, They Will Pay a High Price: Iran's Foreign Ministry

The military and the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps (IRGC) are the guardians of the country's and the region's security, said Mohammad Bagheri, Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces, according to Ria Novosti.

“The four branches of the military, by cooperating and coordinating with the forces of the Islamic Revolutionary Guard Corps, have a mission to ensure the security of the country and the region when necessary. The optimal preparedness and high capability of the armed forces are the most important factors in creating stable security to deter the enemies' desires and greed, convincing them that if they invade Iranian territory, they will pay a high price while gaining no benefits,” said the Chief of Staff of the Iranian Armed Forces.
