You Don't Vote, Then Complain About Dust in the City: Galjyan

You don't vote, and then a few days later you complain about how much dust there is in the city and why the dust hasn't been cleaned up. Do you take your statements seriously? This was stated by the leader of the Yerevan Council's ruling Civil Contract faction, Armen Galjyan, reminding that the opposition boycotted a project related to new vacuum cleaner vehicles during the last session.

“Moreover, your boycott yielded results after a month, and if you are so certain that people are boycotting, then why are you in this hall now instead of continuing the boycott?” he said. “Do you even get on the bus at all, or did you just do it on those days and then travel in your cars?”
