What Options Are Available for Waste Collection Payments

Residents of Yerevan can now make waste collection payments online, as well as at all branches of 'Haypost'. This was announced by Yerevan Deputy Mayor Levon Hovhannisyan.

"Payments for waste collection are now available online. Payments can be made in the relevant section of the Yerevan Municipality website. I believe that within about a month, all the options that were previously available will soon be accessible again, and there will be no more difficulties," he said.

Yerevan Mayor Tigran Avinyan clarified that following the changes to the waste collection payment system, the previously available systems for making waste collection payments were no longer accessible. Therefore, the municipality plans to cancel penalties for unpaid payments from January to May 2025, starting the calculation of penalties once payment systems are available.
