I Think the Border Delimitation Process Will Also Happen Here: Gegharkunik Governor

Our border area is quite calm, and such incidents have been very few, having no impact on our population, who are living their lives peacefully. This was stated by Gegharkunik Governor Karen Sargsyan during a broadcast on Public Television, in response to a question regarding whether gunfire is coming from the Azerbaijani side.

"I think the border delimitation process will continue, it will also pass through our region, and there will be clarification of borders here as well, resulting in the withdrawal of Azerbaijani troops. We are not assigning a border status to certain villages because we do not want to adapt to that idea; the Azerbaijanis will retreat, and those communities will live their lives in peace," the governor added.
