Peskov on Putin-Trump Phone Conversation

The press secretary of Russian President Vladimir Putin, Dmitry Peskov, has confirmed that preparations are underway for a phone conversation between the leaders of Russia and the United States. This was reported by TASS.

Earlier, Trump wrote on the Truth Social network that he would have a conversation with Putin on May 19 at 10:00 AM (Armenian time 6:00 PM). Among the topics, the U.S. president mentioned the Ukrainian settlement and trade.

The previous phone conversation between Putin and Trump took place on March 18.
