Fraud in the Cryptocurrency Sector: Co-founder Arrested

The co-founder of the Blum cryptocurrency intended for Telegram and former head of Binance in the CIS, Vladimir Smerkis, has been arrested. This decision was made by the Zamoskvoretsky District Court of Moscow. Smerkis is suspected of fraud.

The Blum team has already announced that Smerkis is no longer serving as the Chief Marketing Officer or co-founder and is no longer involved in the project.

It is worth noting that Blum is a crypto game analogous to Hamster Combat, where users can earn real cryptocurrency in exchange for in-game coins. Players have been waiting for the release of the coins for over a year, but it has yet to happen.
