Let's Not Miss This Huge Opportunity: Rubio

The United States has presented a peace plan, and we welcome the agreement on the exchange of prisoners between Russia and Ukraine reached in Istanbul, said U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.

"Let's not miss this huge opportunity. It's time to end this war," the U.S. Secretary stated.

Earlier, a phone call took place between Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio.
