All Constructive Proposals Made by Russia: Zakharova

The official representative of the Russian Foreign Ministry, Maria Zakharova, has stated that all constructive proposals in the negotiations held in Istanbul were made by Russia, and Ukraine acknowledges this despite Zelensky's mockery.

It is noteworthy that a meeting between the delegations of Russia and Ukraine took place yesterday in Istanbul. Prior to that, another meeting was held among the delegations of Turkey, the USA, and Ukraine.
