High-level meetings must be well prepared, especially when it comes to the Putin-Trump meeting. This was stated by the press secretary of the Russian president, Dmitry Peskov.

“A meeting between Putin and Trump is necessary; a serious conversation is needed on international issues, including the Ukrainian crisis. There have been no substantive proposals regarding the resumption of Russia-NATO Council work,” he said.
