Everyone is waiting to see when Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky will allow the Ukrainian delegation to begin dialogue with the Russian side. This was stated by Maria Zakharova, the official representative of the Russian Ministry of Foreign Affairs, on her Telegram channel.

"Soon it will be 24 hours since the Russian delegation has been in Istanbul. They are waiting for the clown to finish his speech, for the hallucinogens to be released from him, and for him to allow those whom he has barred for three years to start negotiations," the diplomat wrote.

Earlier, it was reported that Zelensky would not participate in negotiations with the Russian delegation in Istanbul.
