Rubio States How the Russia-Ukraine War Will End

U.S. Secretary of State Marco Rubio believes that the conflict between Russia and Ukraine cannot be resolved through military means. “There is no military solution to the conflict between Russia and Ukraine. This war will end not through military, but rather through diplomatic means,” the head of the State Department has stated.
