Heavy Rain Expected: Weather Forecast

Heavy rain is expected throughout the Republic of Armenia on May 14-15 and during the night of the 16th, with thunderstorms and localized heavy downpours possible in certain areas. This information comes from the Hydro-Meteorological and Monitoring Center of the Ministry of Emergency Situations of the Republic of Armenia.

According to the report, the wind will be coming from the southwest at speeds of 2-5 m/s, with possible gusts during thunderstorms reaching 18-23 m/s.

The air temperature is expected to drop by 3-6 degrees today.

In Yerevan, rain and thunderstorms are also expected on May 14-15 and during the night of the 16th, with heavy rain possible in certain areas today and tomorrow. Wind gusts during thunderstorms may reach 15-18 m/s.
