No Agreement Without Putin's Approval, Says Whitcoff

No peace agreement regarding Ukraine can be reached without the approval of Russian President Vladimir Putin. This was stated by U.S. President's Special Representative Steve Whitcoff in an interview with Breitbart.

“There will be no agreement without President Putin's approval,” he emphasized.

The Kremlin has announced that President Vladimir Putin and Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdoğan discussed the initiative to resume direct Russian-Ukrainian negotiations during a phone call. Erdoğan fully supported this Russian proposal, highlighting his willingness to provide the Istanbul platform.
