Former Director of Pushkin School Stepanian's Complaint Not Upheld
The complaint filed by Natalia Stepanian, the former director of Yerevan's Pushkin School, has not been upheld. This information was provided to Sputnik Armenia by the press service of the Ministry of Education, Science, Culture, and Sport of Armenia.
“The applicant's complaint has not been upheld, and the conclusion has been transferred to the applicant in accordance with the prescribed procedure. All processes will be carried out in accordance with established regulations and within the set deadlines,” the Ministry explained.
It is noteworthy that students of Yerevan's Pushkin School No. 8 organized a strike on May 8, demanding the cancellation of the decision to dismiss director Natalia Stepanian. Parents of the students also conducted a signature campaign. At the same time, representatives from the Ministry informed Sputnik Armenia that Stepanian did not pass the certification interview phase and has initiated the process of appealing the results.
