After the events of October 27, our country fell into a state that led to all our subsequent failures. Following that event came both March 1, the Four-Day War, the 44-Day War, and the actions that took place on the night of November 9-10, 2020, all of which had the same essence as what happened on October 27. Simply put, on that day they could not locate Nikol Pashinyan, but they found Ararat Mirzoyan.

This was stated by Andranik Kocharyan, a member of the Civil Contract faction, during the discussion of the 2024 budget report in the National Assembly.

According to him, the forces and groups involved in the November 9-10 actions in 2020 were those that existed on the streets during March 1, because the authorities, after the October 27 events, found the force necessary to maintain power, to rig elections, and that force was the “thug of the community in all neighborhoods.”

Andranik Kocharyan addressed the President of the Investigative Committee, stating that the reports on March 1 remain very relevant, because the reports on March 1 not only did not receive their deserved evaluations but also during the trial phase the “0038” order, the decision to involve the armed forces, etc., were not clarified.

“Since I have been involved in all the cases to a certain extent by position, I advise you to summon the investigative team that dealt with the October 27 case, led by Gagik Jhangiryan, as consultants. They hold information that you will not find anywhere else,” he said.
