Trees Toppled Due to Wind

On May 11, starting at 15:45, the National Crisis Management Center and regional crisis management centers received reports that due to strong winds, roofs were damaged, and trees were toppled in Yerevan, Vanadzor, Ijevan, and the rural community of Jamshlu in Aragatsotn Province. Emergency rescue assistance was required.

Rescue teams from the Fire and Rescue Services of the Ministry of Emergency Situations were dispatched to the scene along with operational groups from the National Crisis Management Center's special rescue operations center.

Rescuers are responding to all calls and providing the necessary assistance. A tree was overturned by the wind on the Kharenatsi-Vazgen Sargsyan street section.
