The US, Europe, and Ukraine have prepared a 22-point ceasefire plan, which will soon be presented to Russian President Vladimir Putin. One of the points includes a 30-day ceasefire. This was reported by NBC News, citing its sources.
One of the main points is the US commitment not to support Ukraine's membership in NATO. The US special representative, Steve Whitcoff, will present this document to Russian leader Vladimir Putin.
