Putin is Doing Everything Possible: Peskov

The President of Russia, Vladimir Putin, is doing everything possible to resolve the conflict in Ukraine; however, Kyiv is trying to avoid negotiations. This was stated by Dmitry Peskov, press secretary for the Russian President.

“President Putin is doing everything possible to solve the issue and reach a peaceful and diplomatic resolution, but without having peaceful and diplomatic means at hand, we are forced to continue military operations,” he told ABC News in an interview.
