Germany to Classify Weapons Supplies to Ukraine

Germany will classify its weapons supplies to Ukraine. This was reported by DPA, citing a source from the German cabinet. The source stated, 'The volume of reports regarding weapons supplies will significantly decrease,' adding that this will deprive Russia of a 'military advantage.'

Thus, Berlin aims to create strategic uncertainty, allowing it to conceal its actions from the opponent. How the Bundestag will announce new supplies remains unclear. The agency speculates that this could be done during closed sessions of the Defense Committee.

It is noteworthy that in June 2022, in response to public demand, the German government decided to publish a detailed list on its official website of all weapons and systems transferred to the Armed Forces of Ukraine, as well as what is planned to be sent.
