Alert of Explosion Incident: One Injured

On May 10, at 21:08, the National Crisis Management Center received a report of an explosion heard from a vehicle on Popov Street in Yerevan, with fuel leakage present.

A firefighting unit from the Ministry of Emergency Situations’ Yerevan Rescue Department was dispatched to the scene. According to preliminary reports, the explosion occurred in a Toyota vehicle.

Before the rescuers arrived at the scene, one injured individual was hospitalized. The rescuers managed to stop the gas leak from the vehicle.
