Changes in US Visa Application Process
The United States Embassy in Yerevan has issued a statement announcing that:
“Starting from May 30, the U.S. Embassy in Yerevan will transition to a new online system for scheduling interviews and submitting required documents for both immigrant and non-immigrant applications. Our current system for interview scheduling will cease operations on May 18. The website will be available only in read-only mode and you will no longer be able to:
- Schedule an interview date,
- Create an authorization for postal service,
- Submit a no-show notification for the interview,
- Request an earlier date for your interview.
The deadline for applicants to obtain a payment authorization and make a payment through the current system is May 14.
Important: Do you already have an interview date scheduled? Please attend at the designated date and time as usual.
Do you want to schedule an interview date? If there are available dates that correspond with your travel plans, you can schedule now.
Need an interview date after May 30? You can schedule now and transfer your account to the new system.
