Ruben Vardanyan and His Lawyer's Complaint Left Unexamined by Baku Court

During today's latest "fictitious trial" in Baku, Ruben Vardanyan and his lawyer Abraham Berman submitted another complaint against the composition of the judges, Azerbaijani media report.

The lawyer stated that the minutes of the February 6 session do not reflect the court's attitude towards the defense side's motions, raising serious doubts about its objectivity and impartiality. In this regard, both the lawyer and the former State Minister of Artsakh requested recusal.

However, the court left their complaint unexamined. The next "court session" is scheduled for May 13.
