Canada is Not a Commodity, We Are Not for Sale: Mark Carney

I still believe that Canada should become the 51st state of the United States, “Never say never.” This statement was made by US President Donald Trump during a conversation with Canadian Prime Minister Mark Carney, reports TASS.

In response to Trump's statement, Carney said, “Canada is not a commodity. We are not for sale and we will never be.” The Canadian Prime Minister added that the Ottawa authorities view economic relations with Washington's leadership as a partnership and intend to deepen cooperation, including in the fields of security and defense.
