Putin Seeks to Address Labor Shortage
North Korea has sent approximately 15,000 labor migrants to Russia. This was reported by the Reuters agency.
This violates United Nations Security Council sanctions that prohibit the use of North Korean migrant workers abroad.
According to Russian President Putin, he aims to fill the labor shortage that has arisen due to the war.
