Details on the Death of a Border Guard Soldier

A person has been detained in connection with the case of the negligent suicide of a border guard soldier. This was reported to 'Pastinfo' by the press secretary of the Investigative Committee, Kima Avdalyan.

It is reminded that on April 25, a border guard soldier died in Syunik. A criminal case has been initiated under Article 522, Part 2, Point 3 of the Criminal Code, concerning the negligent suicide of a soldier. Earlier, one person had been arrested in connection with the case. The Investigative Committee stated that criminal prosecution has been initiated against him under Article 522, Part 2, Point 3 of the Criminal Code, with detention chosen as a measure of restraint.
