Rain and Thunderstorms Expected: Weather in Armenia

In the territory of the Republic of Armenia, short-term rain and thunderstorms are expected during the night of May 4, in separate regions on May 7-8, and throughout the day on May 4, with significant precipitation in most areas on May 5-6. This information is provided by the Hydrometeorology and Monitoring Center.

The wind will be south-western at 2-5 m/s, with wind intensification expected during thunderstorms reaching 18-22 m/s. The air temperature will decrease by 3-5 degrees Celsius during the day on May 4.

In Yerevan, short-term rain and thunderstorms are anticipated from May 4 to 6. An increase in wind speed is expected during thunderstorms at 15-18 m/s. No precipitation is expected on May 7-8.

In the capital, the air temperature will be 20-22 degrees during the day today and 13-15 degrees in the evening.
