Trump Buys Used Jet from Sheikhs

U.S. President Donald Trump has decided not to wait for Boeing to finish constructing the new presidential Air Force One and has purchased a used Boeing 747-8, previously owned by the Qatari ruling family’s airline, Qatar Amiri Flight.

Trump is dissatisfied with the lengthy process of building the new aircraft and has therefore instructed the purchase and refurbishment of the Qatari plane. At 13 years old, it already features a conference room, lounge area, bedroom, and bathroom with gold-plated faucets. The President has requested only changes to the interior.

The new aircraft will be designed in shades of light blue, reminiscent of the style of Air Force One during the presidency of John F. Kennedy, the 35th President of the United States.
