No One Can Guarantee That May 10 Will Arrive in Kyiv - Medvedev

The Deputy Chairman of the Russian Security Council, Dmitry Medvedev, has commented on Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky's statement regarding the refusal to agree to a ceasefire regime during the 80th anniversary of Victory Day, calling it a provocation.

Zelensky announced that Kyiv cannot guarantee the safety of foreign guests arriving in Moscow for the May 9 parade. Medvedev remarked, “The green, unshaven fellow says he rejects Putin's proposal for a three-day ceasefire on May 9 and cannot ensure the safety of world leaders in Moscow. And who is looking for his guarantees? Just a verbal provocation. Nothing more. On Victory Day, in the case of a real provocation, no one can guarantee that May 10 will arrive in Kyiv,” he wrote on Telegram.
