Vardan Ghukasyan's Son-in-Law Appointed Deputy Mayor of Gyumri

During the Gyumri city council session, Vardan Ghukasyan's son-in-law, Avetis Arakelyan, was elected as the deputy mayor of Gyumri with 17 votes in favor, 0 against, and 13 abstentions.

"It doesn’t matter that he is my son-in-law; I hold him to a high standard and will demand more from him than from anyone else," said Mayor Vardan Ghukasyan.

All factions participated in the session.
