The Bosses Arrive Last: Ghukasian to Sarik Minasyan

As previously reported, the second session of the Shiraz City Council was convened today. The quorum was ensured without the members of the ‘Civil Contract’ faction. Following this, Mayor Vardan Ghukasian announced that there had been a change in the members of the ‘Our City’ faction.

The session had already begun when the council members from the ‘Civil Contract’ marked by Sarik Minasyan entered the session hall. “Hello, please, come in and take a seat. The bosses arrive last—that’s Stalin’s policy. Let them sit, and then we will continue,” Ghukasian responded.
