I Did Not Come to Congratulate with Cognac and Candy, But We Greeted Normally: Minasian

In an interview with reporters, Minasian stated that not only will you see the "Civil Contract" faction in the Shiraz City Council, but you will also hear them and be proud of them.

"I have not had a conflict with anyone. I did not come to congratulate with cognac and candy, but we greeted each other; it's very normal. We are all Armenians, we are from Gyumri, how could we not greet each other? Before each session, we will gather and hold a meeting of the faction," he noted.
