Strong Earthquake in Iran

A magnitude 5 earthquake struck the Razavi Khorasan province in northeastern Iran, with no reported injuries.
The provincial governor told Mehr news agency that the quake was recorded in the city of Rashtkhar at a depth of 10 kilometers. The earthquake occurred at 5 AM.
Assessment teams have been dispatched to evaluate any material damage. The tremor was also felt in the nearby cities of Khaf and Torbat Heydarieh.
