New Earthquake in Turkey

A 4.2 magnitude earthquake struck the Simav district of Kütahya province in western Turkey today.
According to data published on the official website of Turkey's Disaster and Emergency Management Authority (AFAD), the tremors were recorded at 14:38 local time, with the epicenter located at a depth of 10.66 kilometers.
Immediately after the seismic event, rapid response teams were dispatched to assess the situation. Kütahya Governor Musa Işın reported to TRT Haber that there have been no reports of damage, casualties, or injuries so far.
