Charges Filed Against Mesrop Manukyan

On April 29, a public criminal prosecution has been initiated against two individuals in connection with an incident that occurred in the administrative building of the Nor Nork administrative district. The charges are brought under the second part of Article 297 of the Criminal Code (hooliganism committed by a group using informational or communication technologies). This was announced by Kim Avdalyan, the spokesperson for the Investigative Committee, on his Facebook page.

Charges have been filed against Mesrop Manukyan, a member of the Yerevan Council from the 'Mother Armenia' faction. It is noteworthy that Tigran Ter-Margaryan, the head of the Nor Nork administrative district, has also been charged. Previously, it was reported that activist Arthur Chakhoyan has also been charged.
