The Building of the Artsakh Representation is Not Collateralized: Yeritsyan

The building of the Artsakh Republic representation is not collateralized with any bank, financial organization, or individual. This was stated by lawyer Roman Yeritsyan on his Facebook page.

“By the instruction of the President of the Artsakh Republic, I have made legal inquiries and conducted other investigations, and have received clear information, as well as an official response regarding the absence of any registered collateral rights over the mentioned property. Therefore, the information about the representation building being transferred to the Government of Armenia or collateralized by Artsakh's third president in exchange for a loan is fictional and untrue.

Of course, the Government of Armenia is capable of any deceit, including gross violations of property rights, but rest assured that personally, I will legally and by any other means obstruct any steps regarding the transfer of this building, which is still considered symbolic for Artsakh, to the Government of Armenia,” he wrote.

It is noted that media outlets had reported that the representation building of the Artsakh Republic operating in Yerevan, which essentially belonged to the Artsakh government, had come under the jurisdiction of the Government of Armenia. Additionally, Auroranews also contacted the Artsakh information center to confirm the accuracy of the news, to which they responded, “We do not comment.”
