Russia Bombards Ukraine: Casualties Reported
During the night, Russia targeted Ukraine with over 100 unmanned aerial vehicles. This was reported by Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelensky through his Telegram channel.
He specified that throughout this week, Russia has launched 375 strike drones, of which 190 were Shahed models. “In Kharkiv, 45 people were injured as a result of the strikes, including 2 children. In Dnipro, unfortunately, 1 person has been killed. In Dobropillia, they hit a building, damaging buses and cars,” Zelensky wrote.
He added that Russian drones continued to fly over Ukraine’s skies throughout the morning. “And so it goes, every day. We need additional air defense systems to protect our people, which would make it impossible for the air terror initiated by Russia,” Zelensky stated.
