Arthur Chakhoyan Illegally Arrested, Lawyer Claims

Activist Arthur Chakhoyan was reported to have the status of an arrested individual while being transported to the hospital in an ambulance from the Nor Nork police station, according to journalists present. Lawyer Vahe Yeprikyan stated, "Arthur Chakhoyan has been clearly arrested illegally on suspicion of hooliganism. We have submitted a report regarding the injury inflicted on Arthur Chakhoyan and the hooliganism involved."

It is noted that a brawl occurred at the Nor Nork community administration. Activist Arthur Chakhoyan aimed to meet with the community head regarding the controversial construction of a kindergarten and playground. However, staff members of the administration denied him access, leading to the altercation.
